The full property details can be downloaded by potential buyers on their own PC at home or at work, speeding up the time between first seeing the property online and arranging a viewing. We have also developed a mobile phone friendly website for ease of use, when applicants look at our website through their phone, we know, and a clever piece of software sends them to the Indigo mobile website which is extremely quick and user friendly!
As soon as a property becomes available it is matched to our applicant database. The applicant is notified by email and sent your property details. They will also be contacted by telephone. As each new applicant is added to the database the applicant is matched to suitable properties ensuring that no opportunity is missed.
