Milly brings over 20 years of professional experience across finance, property, and business ownership, offering a well-rounded and people-focused approach to her role. She began her career in finance in 2001, where she developed strong commercial awareness, organisational skills, and a client-first mindset before transitioning into the property industry following a year of travel.
Starting as a trainee estate agent with a leading South East of England agency, Milly’s drive and natural leadership quickly set her apart. Within 18 months she was promoted to Branch Manager, going on to spend nearly a decade overseeing staff performance, branch operations, and day-to-day management across offices on the Isle of Wight. She returned to Jersey in 2018, taking time to start a family before continuing her career locally.
From 2020 to 2024, Milly worked within Jersey’s leading social housing department in sales and lettings, gaining valuable insight into housing policy, regulated environments, and client support. Alongside this, she co-founded a drainage engineering business with her husband in 2021, successfully growing the company and demonstrating her entrepreneurial skills and strong work ethic.
Most recently, Milly worked with a local estate agency, where her commitment to exceptional service was recognised through a nomination for a Jersey Customer Service Award. In 2025, she and her team were proud recipients of the award for Outstanding Customer Service in Estate Agency in Jersey.
With expertise in residential sales, valuations, and lettings, combined with proven leadership and a genuine passion for helping people, Milly is known for her professionalism, integrity, and practical approach. She brings energy, experience, and a strong client-focused ethos to everything she does.
