Marcus is Jersey born with a thorough knowledge of the island and was educated at De La Salle College and Hautlieu School. He has been working in sales for over 20 years, firstly in the conservatory and window business and then progressing into estate agency where he has been for the past 13 years. After learning how to practice estate agency whilst working for two other local businesses Marcus decided to move on to create and build a first class estate agency, an estate agency that people could rely on and trust, an estate agency that worked hard for and cared for their clients, that agency was born in 2008, Indigo Estates.
Marcus has undertaken professional qualifications in estate agency and gained the National Association of Estate Agents technical award for the sale of residential property.
Jackie joined Indigo Estates in June 2009 as a Senior Negotiator and has just recently been appointed a Director of the company. She has been selling and negotiating successfully for over fifteen years now, has vast experience with residential properties and has an excellent reputation within the industry. Previous to estate agency, her career was in banking, both retail and investment. She has four grown up children and two grand-daughters. Her hobbies are painting and travelling, particularly to Venice!
Sally joined Indigo Estates in January 2016 as a PA & Marketing Assistant to the Managing Director. She has since progressed to Office Manager. Sally manages the day-to-day running of the office whilst supporting the companies directors, Sally also works on various projects and keeps up to date with all our social media advertising. Jersey born and educated at Hautlieu School, outside of work Sally has a keen interest in animal care and loves travelling, previously living and working in Australia for a year.
Susie joined Indigo Estates in winter 2014 as our sales support assistant, made the transition to a sales negotiator in summer 2015, and is now working in the very important role of property lister. Susie will be the one who visits your property to take professional photos, floorplans and writes up our brochures to present your home at its very best! A local girl educated at both Les Quennevais and Hautlieu schools, she brings with her a wealth of customer service experience. Susie is Bubbly, friendly and very driven. Outside of Indigo Susie is a keen horse rider and is a regular face in the horse community.
Peter was born in Jersey and educated at De La Salle College. He was previously in the finance sector dealing in investments and banking, both locally and overseas. He has now worked in the property industry for over 14 years, and has experience in Residential, Commercial and Letting of local properties. Peter is married and a proud father of 3 children, his hobbies include coaching athletics, walking and swimming.
Paul re-joined Indigo Estates in February 2018, having taken a small break from the industry. Paul initially started his career as a kitchen installer, and then moved onto selling windows where he spent many years as a successful salesman. He has directed his own home improvements company and has worked with a wide variety of building trades across the board. Paul has a wealth of experience in conversions throughout all types of property and brings with him over four years’ of experience in negotiations on the property market.
Catherine joined the Indigo team in summer 2018 as Sales Support Assistant and Trainee Negotiator and has since made the transition to an Associate Negotiator. Catherine has grown up primarily in Jersey, educated at Jersey College for Girls and Hautlieu and since then lived in France and New Zealand and has focussed on hospitality roles which have helped her develop her customer service skills. She is driven and enthusiastic and embracing all aspects of her new career path.
Hannah recently joined Indigo Estates as our Lettings Negotiator having had 6 years’ experience in the UK property industry, completing a number of professional qualifications including NALS. Hannah’s passion for property and customer service stemmed from an upbringing around property development and lettings, which encouraged her into the industry. She is enthusiastic and excited to explore the Islands hidden gems and properties.
Nicola is Jersey born and joined the team in November 2013, as our receptionist/administrator in the front office before making the natural progression into our lettings team. After gaining valuable experience, Nicola has now progressed into the very busy role of sales and lettings support, her job is to ensure that both sales and lettings negotiators are fully supported throughout the sales and lettings process of our clients properties.
Before joining Indigo Nicola lived and travelled in Australia and Asia for 2 years, gaining life experiences and learning about different cultures. Nicola is a friendly, outgoing and valued member of the team.
