I am not sure how to put into words my gratitude for Amanda or how absolutely fantastic she was at dealing with our sale. We were recommended Indigo by a friend after being unhappy with the service provided by another agency and we are so glad we decided to instruct them. Amanda is realistic but kind and sensitive. She was honest with us about our price and worked tirelessly to market our property, arrange viewings and provide updates. We probably picked the worst time to sell a property but that didn't deter Amanda. Quite honestly, she became a friend and at times a kind supportive ear when the stalled market caused us stress. The marketing material was great, and you could tell a lot of time and thought had gone into it. We were probably selling a lower mid-range property compared to the other properties on Indigo's books, but this didn't impact the service. If we didn't hear from Amanda immediately, she made sure to get back to us on the same day. She even negotiated our offer whilst on holiday to make sure there were no delays (and didn't mention she was even away until afterwards). We really couldn't recommend Indigo highly enough. Vinnie Brennan has been fantastic, overcoming difficult market conditions in recent years and dealing with properties that were not necessarily straightforward to market. Despite that, he kept working away until the right buyers could be found, and we got the houses sold. I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

We had our house on the market for 6 months before deciding to go multi-agent and chose Indigo as I really liked how they advertised the houses for sale.
